Dharmesh Shah has done his MBA from La Trobe University, Melbourne and has over 15 years of direct marketing experience throughout the world as a call centre proprietor, senior marketing executive and consultant.
In the course of his career he has provided direct marketing services to a wide variety of businesses involved in business-to-business and business to consumer activities for major companies in such diverse markets as Australia, Canada and India
Mr. Shah is the Operations Director providing day-to-day interface with the Management team. He is responsible for the overall performance and KPI delivery for each campaign, as well as oversee and supervise each point of contact between the organisations.
With over 30 years of experience in the United States, Australia and India, Marc has been in a call centre management role for a wide range of companies, ranging from sales director to vice president operation roles.
Marc’s abilities have been developed over years of critical thinking and creative problem solving. His solution-oriented approach consistently finds ways to turn problems into opportunities and applies to all aspects of operations management.
Marc has been with Optimal Transnational since July, 2014 in the role of General Manager Operations. His attention to detail and ability to provide innovative, effective strategies and solutions across a wide range of domains has been a key factor in Optimal Transnational’s aggressive growth since his joining.
Mr. Dublish has done his MBA from La Trobe University, Melbourne and has over 12 years of varied experience in the areas of General Management, O and M, Sales and Marketing, Commercial and Customer Support.
As a Director, he has been the architect of the company’s global generics strategy. He has helped create new platforms of growth for Optimal Transnational and built a diverse, talented and experienced senior management team.
Mr. Dublish is the co-founder and Director of Optimal Transnational. He leads the core team that has driven the company’s growth to an emerging discovery-led global BPO company. Currently he is focused on driving Optimal Transnational growth globally.
With over 17 years of vast experience in the IT staffing and Outbound campaigns in the call centre space, Ronnie has been involved in designing different business models that suits the client’s requirements.
Ronnie is a capable Marketing professional and has the skills that it takes to close on a deal. Ronnie has Hardcore Sales experience and has handled different roles.
