Our client offers insurance products such as Life and Funeral Insurance. Despite their name and aggressive marketing strategies like TV, Radio and Online Marketing mediums, they were not getting the right volume of leads and had very low conversion rate.
Optimal Transnational implemented a nationwide telesurvey campaign by mutually agreeing to the script being followed by our team on calls. Whilst generating leads we educate prospects about the relevance and need for Insurance. We introduce prospects to the brand and organise for a quick risk assessment over the phone and also offer a comparative quote if prospects have existing funeral cover.
Currently more than 100 leads per day are generated leading to a monthly count of about 2,000 leads with a conversion rate of 7% further boiling down to about 2000 new customers a year.
